《我最爱的中华宝贝》第44集张鋆昳：小松饼大情怀

　　由中共上海市委对外宣传办公室、上海市文化和旅游局、上海广播电视台融媒体中心（SMG NEWS）联合发起，2023“爱上海的理由”青少年英语短视频征集展播活动以“我最爱的中华宝贝”为题，诚邀全球新生代用向上的风貌、良好的英语表达和创意的镜头语言展现青少年眼中具有当代价值和世界意义的中华优秀传统文化。有着鲜肉月饼“鼻祖”之称的高桥松饼，是当地人常用来款待宾客的美食。在这一集里，张鋆昳同学亲手体验高桥松饼的制作，在这酥松香甜之中，感受千年时光里的古镇情怀。

　　张鋆昳自述：

　　“万里长江口，扼春申而东巡海，三水夹而汇为清溪。”

　　这里是中国历史文化名镇——高桥镇。

　　有句乡土话“包酥饼，大麦茶”，高桥人喜欢用“包酥饼”来款待宾客。“包酥饼”是高桥松饼的前身。

　　我是筑桥实验小学的张鋆昳。今天，我来到高桥百年老字号王泰和，近距离接触高桥松饼这一具有一百多年历史、高桥最负盛名的传统土特产。

　　小小的、金黄的、香甜的高桥松饼全靠手工制作。整个制作过程可分为揉面、包酥、擀皮、烘烤等七道工序。

　　新鲜的馅料、柔韧的面皮和油酥都是高桥松饼好口感的秘诀，尤其以面皮层多而闻名，酥皮多达8-12层。

　　高桥松饼制作需要多年的手上经验，是机器无法代替的手艺活。所以让这一传统美食无法被仿制。

　　松酥可口的高桥松饼传递的不仅是甜蜜的味道，更是展现了高桥人民的文化和传承，对美好生活的殷殷期许。

　　This is Gaoqiao Town, a famous historical and cultural town in China.

　　There is a local saying “flaky pastry, barleytea”. Local people like to use “flaky pastry” to entertain guests. “Flaky pastry” is the predecessor of Gaoqiao muffins.

　　Today, I’ll visit Gaoqiao century-old brand, “Wang Taihe”, to take a closer look for “Gaoqiao muffins”, the famous

　　traditional snack with a history of over 100 years.

　　The small, golden, and sweet Gaoqiao muffins are all handmade, whose entire production can be divided into seven processes, including kneading, wrapping, rolling, and baking.

　　Fresh fillings and puff pastry are all secrets to the good taste. In particular, it is famous for 8-12 layers at the most.

　　Making Gaoqiao muffins requires years of hands-on experience that cannot be replaced by a machine.

　　The fluffy and delicious Gaoqiao muffin conveys not only a sweet taste, but also shows the culture and heritage of local people and their earnest expectations for a better life.
